i would say start with the basic stretched…focus on the legs, back, groin, and arms…if you want to be a flyer work on being able to pull skills like a scorp, heelstretch, bow and arrow…. if you want to be a base while flexibility is nice for your jumps, but stunting has become more prominent..so i would work on your core, legs, and upper body strength..good luck!!♥
